Here're our explorers who went off to explore the submarine world. Thanks to this special diving expedition in Guadeloupe organized by the UCPA we'll discover the different kind of fishes, crustaceans and other animal species.

To start, here's a sea horse. It's so beautiful and quiet that it gives you the impression to be part of another world. For me it's always a pleasure to see an animal so "delicate" in the wild.

Also the turtles (here a turtle overlapped) make me a strange effect. Their ability to swim don't let you remain impassive. In fact they just move a bit the paws, and they're already disappeared in the depths, while we are unables to follow them...

A reminder for the diving without breathing apparatus explorations: no diplomas is obligatory. If you want to join a beginner cours, don't hesitate to visit the introduction to diving for beginners i wrote.

Otherwise, if you'd prefer to dive with cylinder, it's necessary either a minimun of experience and a licence. You can start at any age, but if you're between 8 and 12 y.o., they won't let you go deeper than some metres under the surface. To start, you just need to know how to clean the mask and that's all, you can already try to get the first diplomas...

On the other hand, the diving lovers who would like to go at 40 metres depth all alone, will need a long training and a lot of practice.

If you want to try the diving with cylinder without being trained, you can also do the diving baptism. This permit you to dive at about 5 metres depth in together with a professional diver. In this way you'll havejust the advantages of the dive..

But let's stop speaking and just watch the images. Many fishes, corals, divers, water,...there're a lot of marvels that you can see without going down very deep in the sea.

And here's a crustacean which is not so common to meet in the wild, the crayfish.

Carnivorous and dangerous. It's never reluctant to eat a fish. And if you approach too much your hand, it won't make any diifference. So, be careful.
