Introduction
to diving to al those people who are afraid of water
* Tuba diving
If you like to explore the sea bottoms, you surely will love to get closer to the fishes. To do it, you need to be conversant with the
breathing techniques, and especially the emptying of the tuba by the expiration.
Each time you dive, your tuba will get full of water. So each time you go back up you'll have to expire 'violently' to have the possibility to inspire again and especially to empty the tuba. Be careful not to empty completely the lungs because it can happens that the'expiration cannot be correctly done because the extremity of the tuba is still under the water. This is a very common situation, so please keep a minimum of air in case of emergency.
Pay attention also to the diving time. The aim is not to spend a lot of time under the water. A good diver knows that the best is to make short dives not to get breathless. In fact, the perfect dive has to be calm, not too long and especially SAFE. If you get breathless, you'll risk your life and you'll surely be very noisy (that is exactly what we have to avoid).
The extension of the diving times is reached only by the experience and the practice. After some weeks of exercise, you'll be able to raise the 30 minutes of autonomy.
Now you just have to enjoy the beauty of the sea bottoms...
If you acquire taste for scuba diving, try the gas cylinder. The advantage is that spending more time under the water permits you not to scary the fishes by going back up to take a breath..
