How to limit the noise in the telephone?

All modems ADSL are not identical vis-a-vis the noise. Some do not allow any more the use of the old telephone so much there is noise on the line. How much time did I hear "you can speak more extremely, I do not hear you"?

Always connect the telephone at the end and modem ADSL ALWAYS on the first filter.
