I went in April in Barcelo Capella beach...
a paradise in a tropical park with pink flamingos and peacocks in splendid freedom... une architecture, a super reception... of the imposing dressers... une marvellous beach and two superb swimming pools with jaccusi for one and bar in water. Rooms very comfortable with toput what one also needs including the trunk (free) the bar and the coffee machine to be made a the or a small coffee, with terrace, clim which goes, tele but that one card-indexes oneself some. The team of very sympathetic animation and not sticking. The team which deals with very sympathetic boats etc... too. When with the waiters in the restaurants, nothing to repeat. The smile with the lips and a truth smile of sympathy not a commercial smile >.
Opposite the beach, there is a coral barrier which makes it possible to make laplongée in apnea without going well far. With funds... and fish... you would believe yourself in a sea water aquarium.
In short, the paradise... for us one week cétait too short...

We return of a stay in Barcelo Capella Beach Resort in Juan Dolio to Dominican Republic and I make a point of saying that our stay was excellent.
Very beautiful hotel with a little Eastern architecture in the medium of immense gardens superbly maintained with peacocks, pink flamingos and quantity of flowers and trees. Beautiful illuminations the night.
Dressers very varied for the meals: crudenesses and fruits are washed with purified water; one can eat some without back thought! Moreover, at any time we were not sick.
Attentive and obliging personnel. One can consider it regrettable that the swimming pools are a little small... beach pleasant with deckchairs and full of pretty tropical fish to admire very close to the edge.
